Once you’ve signed up, you can complete your profile by adding details about your skills, experience, portfolio, and the services you offer. The more complete your profile, the easier it will be for clients to find and choose you.
Our matching algorithm considers the service category, location, ratings, and availability to suggest the best matches for clients. For creatives, job listings relevant to their skills and location will be highlighted.
Provide a detailed description of your project when posting a job. The more information you give, the better our algorithm can match you with qualified creatives.

Yes, our app allows you to chat directly with creatives to discuss project details and requirements before making a hiring decision.
There is no limit to the number of jobs you can accept on SkillConnect, but we encourage you to manage your workload to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery.
All payments are made through our secure in-app payment system. Funds are held until the job is completed satisfactorily, ensuring that creatives are paid and clients are happy with the work.
We have a resolution center within the app. If there’s a dispute, both parties can open a case, and our team will work to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
Once the job is marked as completed and the client is satisfied, the payment will be released to your SkillConnect wallet, from which you can withdraw to your local bank account.

We encourage clients to review creatives’ profiles, which include ratings and reviews from past clients, to ensure they are hiring someone with a good track record.
Ratings and reviews are submitted by other users of the app who have completed transactions with the creative, ensuring that they are based on real experiences.
SkillConnect hosts a wide range of creative services including photography, fashion design, graphic design, web development, event planning, and more.
After a job is completed, you’ll be prompted to rate and review your experience. This helps maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our community.
If a creative fails to meet the agreed-upon terms, please use our dispute resolution center to report the issue and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

If you've accidentally marked a job as complete, please contact our support team promptly through the app. We'll work with you and the client to rectify the situation and ensure the job is completed to satisfaction.
